Liam Woulfe

Liam Woulfe is a digital strategist, entrepreneur and technology specialist with extensive experience in website development, bespoke software, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. As founder of WebDevBuilders, he works with businesses, charities and growing organisations to develop practical digital platforms that improve operations, strengthen visibility and support sustainable growth.

His experience ranges from supporting major global enterprise and e-commerce organisations to helping Irish SMEs, startups and community organisations adopt technology more effectively. His work spans custom websites, business management systems, e-commerce platforms, AI-powered tools and digital strategy, with a focus on replacing disconnected processes and unsuitable off-the-shelf solutions with platforms designed around how organisations actually operate.

Liam is one of the founders of the Limerick IT Summit and currently serves as its Digital Lead and Treasurer. He has also played a central role in developing Startup ATLAS, Mid West Tech Fest and the Mid West Mentoring Network, creating opportunities for founders, technology professionals and business leaders to connect, collaborate and share knowledge.

Through Startup ATLAS, Liam is passionate about making entrepreneurship, technology and business support more accessible to early-stage founders. Drawing on his experience of building a company, developing digital products and launching new initiatives, he brings a practical, commercially focused perspective to the realities of starting and growing a business.
