Anna Rooney

Anna Rooney is an Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor with three decades of experience spanning medicine, finance, entrepreneurship and education. She is currently undertaking a PhD in AI and Human Cognition, exploring how artificial intelligence influences critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.

She works with senior executives, founders and aspiring professionals to strengthen decision-making processes, critical thinking and accountability in complex environments.

Anna is Head of Education and Startup ATLAS Lead at the Limerick IT Summit, a Faculty Member at Kingstown College, and Chairperson of EmployAbility Limerick. She represented Ireland on the Integration Forum in Brussels and is a recipient of the Top European LeaDeR Award. She has also been formally recognised by President Mary McAleese and President Michael D. Higgins for her contribution to community development and integration.
